Meet the dedicated people driving the change in El Roblito

Founder & Managing Director

When I decided to join this project in Honduras, I did so knowing that a house or a library is much more than bricks and mortar: they are the foundation for the families of El Roblito to live with security, health, and the opportunity to build a better future. It is not just about giving aid, but about providing the tools so that an entire community can move forward with dignity.

Sometimes the fast pace of daily life makes us forget what truly matters, but this project reminds us of a very simple truth: we need each other. Being here and connecting with people changes our perspective and brings us back to the essentials, caring for one another as human beings.

Our mission is big, but I know for a fact that no one changes the world alone. The real beautiful things happen when we come together. When we combine everything our team has to offer (from strategic planning and marketing to creative design, fundraising events, volunteer coordination, and wellness) we become unstoppable. Every small donation, every volunteer hour, and every little bit counts. I invite you to join us and prove that when we unite for a good cause, we can achieve anything. Let’s do it together!

When I initially partook in this initiative, I did not know yet the profound effect it would have on me, neither did I know of the impact a simple gesture or donation could have on the lives of the people from the El Roblito community. After seeing it firsthand in Honduras, I have decided to continue my involvement in this project by donating every volunteer hours I could accrue and by making myself available for any fundraising initiative. I believe in the mission of this project and, more than anything, I believe we can achieve it together! Every effort, every donation counts: Get involved!

I chose to join the Honduras project because everyone deserves access to basic needs, such as a safe and solid roof over their head. By helping to build a small library, we can also offer the community more than just shelter, we can provide opportunities, knowledge, and hope for a better future.

I want to be part of this project because I truly believe that we need one another. Supporting each other is how real change happens. By contributing to this initiative, we have the chance to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives and create a lasting impact. The world can always use a little more kindness and positive change.

I joined the Honduras project because I believe everyone deserves a safe place to live and the opportunity to build a better future with dignity. This project is very important to me because it focuses on helping vulnerable families by raising funds to build five homes for people in need.

I want to be part of this initiative because together we can support and uplift communities through solidarity, compassion, and teamwork. Even a small contribution can make a meaningful difference in someone’s life, and I believe helping others with love, kindness & compassion is one of the most valuable things we can do as humans.

STRATEGIC CONSULTANT ADVICE

For as long as I can remember, helping people has just been part of who I am. So I'm truly excited to join this project. Coming from LATAM, I know what life looks like in remote areas like these, where public services are limited and every day takes real effort.

Also, the people behind it are just incredible, genuinely passionate and hardworking, and they've already changed so many lives in such a short time there. That inspires me and makes me think about how much more we all can do together.

I want to join this project because I feel it’s a chance to step into a different reality and see life from a different perspective. I’m especially looking forward to meeting people who show values like sharing, caring, and genuine human connection through everyday life, qualities that can sometimes get lost in the fast pace of life in Europe.

For me, this experience is important not only because of the opportunity to contribute, but also because it helps understand how much impact we can have on each other’s lives. I believe experiences like this create meaningful exchange and leave everyone involved changed in some way.

I would love to join the project because I think it's an incredible way to give back!

I joined this project because I’ve always felt a responsibility to give back to the world that has given me so much. Not in grand gestures, but in simple acts of humanity: showing up, helping, listening, caring.

This experience gives me the chance to contribute to someone else’s life in a way that’s tangible and heartfelt. It’s a reminder that we’re all connected, and that even the smallest act of compassion can ripple outward in ways we may never fully see.

I’m delighted to join this project and contribute to such a meaningful initiative. I’m especially excited to combine my passion for wellness with this opportunity to create a positive and impactful experience.

For me, true human connection comes from lifting each other up. Joining this project to build homes in Honduras is a profound privilege, allowing me to contribute to something much bigger than myself. A safe home is the foundation for everything else, security, health, and future opportunities.

To be given the chance to leverage my skills and network to make a tangible impact on someone else's life is the greatest gift I can receive. Providing these families with a fresh start might feel like a small gesture in a big world, but to the community, it means everything.

One of my core values in life is to hopefully give more than I take - Volunteering in Honduras is an organization that has already given so much to others, and I am excited that I get to be part of that
